Dialog Resizing

When I'm using Geocart on a small screen on my laptop, I find it would be useful if I could resize the Change Projection dialog window so it doesn't take up so much space. It's not an important concern, but if you could add that feature that would be great! Thanks.

We aren’t happy with the size of some of the dialogs (that boundaries dialog!) but it’s pretty complicated to make a dialog scrollable. We chose a maximum size based on screen sizes normal in a modern computer such that they should always fit, so my first question is, do all the dialogs fit, or are they just inconveniently large?

All the dialogs fit. They're just inconveniently large on my MacBook's screen, in rare cases.
